Meet The Team

Todd Radloff | President
Todd began his career in construction and founded Erie Inspection Service in 1989. He has dedicated his life to building a successful family run business. As a testament to his work and dedication, Todd was recently reappointed by Governor Mike DeWine to the Ohio Home Inspector Board.

In his free time, Todd enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his three children.

Brooke Heter | Office Manager
Brooke has been with Erie Inspection for over 12 years and is most likely the voice you hear when you call into our office. Brooke is our primary Client Coordinator and is responsible for the excellent client experience we provide. From setting up the inspection to helping answer questions, Brooke has you covered.

When not coordinating inspections, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and fur babies.

Jordan Radloff | Lead Inspector
Jordan is licensed by the State of Ohio (OHI.2019004634) and ASHI certified. He also holds licenses for radon testing, wood destroying insect inspections, and a FAA unmanned aircraft (drone) license to aid in his inspections.

Outside of work, Jordan loves traveling, culinary arts, and hanging out with family and friends. His world revolves around his wife and fast growing sons.

Mike Haase | Inspector
Mike is licensed by the State of Ohio (OHI.2019004628) and ASHI certified. He also holds licenses for radon testing, wood destroying insect inspections, and a FAA unmanned aircraft (drone) license to aid in his inspections.

Before becoming a home inspector, Mike served 15 years in the Army and is an Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran.  Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his 3 children, reading, gaming, and learning new things.

Derek Lawson | Inspector
Derek is licensed by the State of Ohio (OHI.2019005766) and also holds licenses for radon testing, wood destroying insect inspections, and a FAA unmanned aircraft (drone) license to aid in his inspections.

Before becoming a home inspector, Derek worked all over the world including the Caribbean, California, Costa Rica, and the Aleutian Islands. Outside of work, Derek enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.

Joe Adams | Lead Inspector
Joe is licensed by the State of Ohio (OHI.2021004271) and also holds licenses for radon testing, wood destroying insect inspections, and a FAA unmanned aircraft (drone) license to aid in his inspections.

Before joining Erie, Joe worked for an electrical engineering company and is our electrical expert! In his free time, Joe enjoys gardening, gaming, reading, and learning new things.

Taylor Radloff | General Manager
Taylor joined Erie Inspection Service in 2021 and is responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, marketing, and strategy for the company.

Before joining Erie, Taylor worked for J.P. Morgan as a Multinational Banker. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with his wife and Golden Retriever.

Brooks Burris | Inspector
Brooks Burris is a licensed home inspector in the State of Ohio (License: OHI.2022007723). His expertise extends beyond standard home inspections, as he also holds licenses for radon testing, wood destroying insect inspections, and even an FAA unmanned aircraft (drone) license, which aids him in conducting thorough inspections.

Before transitioning into the field of home inspection, Brooks enjoyed a successful 20-year career in medical device sales. His background in sales has equipped him with excellent communication skills, allowing him to effectively engage with clients during the inspection process.

Brooks resides in Medina, Ohio, with his wife and son. Like Brooks, his son is actively involved in sports.

Trent Lee | Inspector
Trent Lee is a licensed home inspector in the State of Ohio (OHI.2024003655). His expertise extends beyond standard home inspections, as he also holds licenses for radon testing and wood destroying insect inspections. Additionally, Trent has an FAA unmanned aircraft (drone) license, which aids him in conducting thorough home inspections.

Before joining Erie Inspection, Trent performed home inspections in Michigan for 7 years and brings extensive experience to our team. Outside of work, Trent enjoys spending time with his daughters as well as operating a fishing charter service on Lake Erie.

Mike Marshall | Inspector
Mike is licensed by the State of Ohio (OHI.2024004836) and also holds a FAA unmanned aircraft (drone) license to aid in his inspections.

Before joining our team, Mike worked as a Realtor for New Vision Realty for 4 years and truly understands the home buying process. Additionally, Mike worked for 15 years as a union carpenter and 2 years as a commercial diver performing underwater construction and has a wealth of building knowledge.

Mike lives in Toledo with his Fiance and 2 kids. When he isn’t doing home inspections, Mike enjoys working on his house, playing the drums, tinkering with cars and spending time with his family.

Christie Napp | Marketing Manager
Christie joined the team in 2025, bringing over 25 years of expertise in marketing, design, and photography. As a versatile creative professional, she develops compelling content, designs eye-catching materials, and manages social media efforts. In addition to her creative work, she plays a key role in scheduling and coordinating home inspections.

She has worked with Norwalk Furniture and K&K Interiors and successfully ran her own freelance business specializing in print and web design. Christie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications from Ohio University.

Christie lives in Norwalk with her husband and enjoys working on her century home, spending time in her garden, and photography.

Chris Rivera | Inspector
Chris Rivera is a licensed home inspector in the State of Ohio (License #OHI.2025003335). Before joining Erie Inspection Service, Chris built a strong background in heating, cooling, and water systems. He earned his HVAC license in 2019 from Ohio Business College and has since gained diverse hands-on experience across both residential and commercial systems.

Chris’s career path included working at OfficeH2o in 2020, where he installed and serviced commercial ice machines and reverse osmosis water systems. By 2022, he was honing his expertise as an HVAC technician at Stack, where he continued to build the knowledge base he now brings to home inspections. In 2025, Chris transitioned into the home inspection field, where his HVAC expertise adds exceptional value for clients and the Erie team.

Outside of work, Chris is a devoted father to his son and enjoys spending time outdoors with him and their Olde English Bulldog, Gus. A passionate Cleveland sports fan, Chris rarely misses a chance to cheer on his hometown teams.

Michelle Davidson | Client & Inspection Coordinator
Michelle joined Erie Inspection Service as a Client & Inspection Coordinator, bringing nearly 10 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, patient coordination, and administrative support. Before joining Erie, Michelle worked in the medical field, where she helped patients schedule appointments, coordinate care, communicate with offices and insurance providers, and navigate important next steps with patience and professionalism.

That background translates well to her role at Erie. For many clients, buying a home is one of the biggest decisions they will ever make, and Michelle understands the importance of clear communication, organization, and helping people feel taken care of throughout the process. From answering calls to coordinating inspection schedules, she plays an important role in helping clients, agents, and inspectors stay connected and on track.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time at the gym, being with her kids, watching her son play football and baseball, and relaxing with her two fur babies.
