Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Assessments
We can evaluate if a property is in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local accessibility regulations.

Elevator Inspections
We will ensure that elevators and escalators are safe for use and verify that lift equipment meets standard building and safety codes.

Fire Safety Inspections
This inspection examines fire safety systems in place, such as smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and sprinkler systems.

Sewer Scope Inspections
We use a camera through the main sewer line to look for cracking, tree roots, separation and dips in the line.

Wood-Destroying Insect (WDI) Inspections
We perform a thorough visual examination of a property to determine if there are visible signs of wood destroying insects. We also look for signs to see if a property had previously been treated and whether the treatment is ongoing.

Indoor Air Quality Testing
We use canisters lined with adhesive to test several locations throughout the property. An air pump is used, drawing air from the tested location through the canister. Any spores, debris or particles are then captured by the canister for us to send to an independent lab which will generate a report detailing any spores present and other potentially unearthing hidden growths.

Radon Testing
A continuous radon monitor is set up at the property for a minimum of 52 hours. The monitor takes hourly readings and gives us an average of the radon level at the property.
