New space provides room for continued growth and a dedicated hands-on training center for Erie Inspection Service’s Northern Ohio team

Bellevue, Ohio – Erie Inspection Service Inc. has officially moved into a new office and training center at 550 Goodrich Road in Bellevue, Ohio, giving the company additional space to invest in its team, expand its training program, and support continued growth throughout Northern Ohio.

Erie Inspection Service officially moved into the new location on July 27, 2026. The building includes more than 16,000 square feet of total space, with Erie occupying a little over 8,000 square feet for its offices, team meetings, and future training center.

The move represents a significant increase from the company’s previous Bellevue office, which was approximately 1,200 square feet. As Erie’s team grew, the former office became increasingly difficult to use for company-wide meetings and training.

Training has long been an important part of Erie Inspection Service. Twice each month, the company’s inspectors come out of the field for three hours of in-person training. These sessions include reviewing inspection reports, studying technical drawings and installation requirements, discussing new building materials and products, and reviewing common and historical problems found in homes.

The additional space will allow Erie to take that training a step further by developing a dedicated, hands-on training center. Plans include incorporating actual building components and mechanical systems such as electrical service panels, fuse panels, older wiring systems, boilers, furnaces, water heaters, and other materials inspectors regularly encounter in the field.

Company President Todd Radloff said: “We’ve been looking for the right space for the last three or four years, so we’re excited to finally have a new home for our team. This office gives us room to continue growing, but more importantly, it allows us to build the hands-on training center we’ve talked about for years.

Training has always been a major part of our company. You can learn a lot from technical drawings, reports, and a screen, but there is no replacement for being able to put your hands on an actual system and understand how it works. We think this new space will allow us to train better, continue attracting and developing great people, and give our team a place they enjoy coming to work.”

Bellevue will remain an important central location for Erie Inspection Service as the company continues to serve clients throughout Northern Ohio. Toledo remains Erie’s largest market, while the company continues to grow its presence in Greater Cleveland and serves communities throughout the Sandusky, Port Clinton, Fremont, Tiffin, Norwalk, Huron, and surrounding areas.

The central location allows Erie’s inspectors from across its service area to regularly come together in person for training and professional development.

For Erie Inspection Service, the new office is intended to provide room not only for the company as it exists today, but for the years ahead.

“Our growth has always come back to people,” Radloff said. “We want to hire great people, train them well, and create a place where they can build a career and feel proud of the work they do. This new office and training center gives us a better place to pursue that goal.”
