Erie Inspection Service will provide you with the knowledge to make an informed and intelligent decision about the property you wish to have inspected.
A typical inspection takes 2.5-3 hours depending on the type and size of the property. We encourage our clients to accompany the inspector throughout the inspection. We will guide you through your home and discuss any areas of concern along with the positive attributes of the property.
At the conclusion of the inspection we will hand you a computer generated report with digital photos, review report on site with client and include a home maintenance schedule, all in a custom binder.
