Erie Inspection Service has been inspecting homes for 23 years.  In that time, we have performed close to 10,000 inspections to date.  Each one of our inspectors have met and passed all criteria in becoming certified members of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors).  To be a member, you must complete over 250 paid Home Inspections, take continuing education courses, and pass an extensive examination. 

We are also members of the Firelands Board of Realtors (FAOR), Toledo Board of Realtors(TBR), and Heartland Board of Realtors.
